No codes as of yet but I only put maybe 5 or 6 miles on it so far. The tech was pretty sure I'd throw a CEL but nothing so far. We shall see, I'm sure it will pop soon.

Asking the tech about things like that he seems very confident that I'd have no problem if I brought it back to him that anything that went wrong he would hook me up. I told him I should not even be telling him this but I did not want to lie or be sneaky and that I was looking into getting a non GM tune...possibly from Hahn or this guy he knows that I mentioned in another thread in Houston who is sponsored by GM and a tuning genius... Ecotec is his specialty I'm told. He scoffed at the question and said "just bring it to me if you have any problems." So I guess at the end of the day as long as I don't just drop it off and wait for them to call me....It looks like I'll be taken care of.

I do like how hahn angled the o2 bung towards the rear of the dp, wonder if that will help with any codes.

Ya could be right. I sure hope that's the case. I sent Bill a link to this thread(thought he might like to see the first car besides thier tester car with his products installed) so maybe he will read far enough into this thread to maybe read that. We might get an answer back from him on that. ???

I hope we get bill to chime in on the CEL issue and if it is compatable with his ppc also.

I agree, Bill would prob not sell it if it did not work 100%

The reason that O2 bung is angled that way IS so that it won't set off a CEL code..it's called a defouler..if you set the position of the O2 bung so far out or away, then it will trick the O2 in thinking it's fine

They need some **** like that to get past emissions!

Update on videos: My GF will be helping me get some drive by's and a start up with some revs for audio clips...maybe even an internal drive with some shifts. She will be home from work later so I should have some vids posted in about 5/6 hours later than this post time. I gotta go get the her cleaned up a lil though. Thanks for the nice comments too guys! I'm really itchin to get her tuned! Gonna sound and perform even better! If this ARK shortie order would ever go through with PayPal(having ordering issues there) I'll get that put on. Even without a tune I'm thinkin I might have a shot at COTM Feb. ? It's only tinted and the rear debadged with these other mods on this thread...but I've seen worse win. How many white 09 TC's are where I am yet? :P Early bird gets the worm.

Actually the cel may come on wiht his catless pipe, that why he will make a High flow too.
And I believe that the o2 is angled like that for drainage purposes, to prolong the life of the o2

Man I want to buy parts for this car but I am the type that buys parts then ends up selling the car. Hell i am thinking about trading in my Cobalt for a G8 GT or Trailblazer SS.

I BELIEVE it's 2.75 actually. That's the impression I was under but I did not get any paperwork that told me and the receipt of payment does not say it either. I'm curious now. I do know that the pic they have online for Hahn is a lil different than mine as I think it's the LSJ version. The description describes the header for the LSJ is 2.5, then 2.75 DP and finally to the 3" exhaust. So it took it to heart that mine would be 2.75. HMMMM? Bill...help us out here.
