I like that the DP works on both!
Just a quick comment on the manifold/air inlet question. I have it from a very good source that the reason the Cobalt LNF kit is the last to be released is because there WILL be a new air intake of some sort. What form it will take is left up to your imagination. Manifold, CAI, etc.? The price of the kit will also be left to your imagination. But the Cobalt may very possibly be rated substantially higher than other LNF applications. That's all I will say. Let your imaginations run wild.

It's true...the Cobalt version of the GM upgrade system will include some type of intake solution. The stock piece proved unworthy in GMPP's testing of the new kit.

UPDATE: Sent my PCM/ECU to Hahn this morning. (Paid $30.25 to express it to them LOL) Once I get it back and in the car I'll get some vids. I know the sound quality on the vids has not been great as it's been windy here but I'll do my best. Hoping to get some Dyno vids and graphs too! I'm gonna call around this week and try to get some Dyno time scheduled ASAP. I wanna see what #'s I get here in TX with this tune! Likely a lil different than IL where Hahn is.

I will guys! I'm just as excited to post vids and pics for you all to see as I am getting the mods completed. I know how frustrating it is waiting for a post/vid/pic that everyone is curious to see. Talking with Bill and it looks like he is trying to get the PCM shipped to me late this week or early next week. Maybe as early as Monday or as late as Thur I should have at least a good write up if not vids and/or pics. I might have my ARK shortie by then too :P Look out COTM Feb! I might wait til Mar as I'm workin on a couple other things.

yeah yeah yeah easier said than done. Woman is out of town and my unit is in Iraq. I'm new to here so don't know anyone well enough to go out and record me fly by em at 100+ MPH. I WILL get some more vids...pinkie swear. I'm excited to get on a dyno. I'm sure it will sound a lil better too! Bill told me that the tune I'm getting will spike at 23lbs and fade off a little after 5600. With the intake and tune it's gonna sound amazing I think. Like I said it'll be next week sometime. I'll call around tomorrow and try and get some dyno time scheduled for late next week so I'm sure I have the tune back and get the intake installed.

Me too. Hahn's #'s show about 320WHP and 360WTQ. I'm in warmer TX and I'm not sure what the elevation in Yorkville IL is but I'm around 400-500ft so that's not bad! I'm hopin to be really close but pretty sure I wont be higher. I'll make sure I know what kind of dyno it is too...not sure which read higher/lower but I'll let you guys know and I'll love the feedback I WILL get a vid of like 3 pulls.

Hey Bill~ did I read somewhere that these #'s are off of 3rd gear pulls? I thought 4th gear was the better 1:1. Is it more accurate to pull in 3rd vs 4th like in the LSJ?

Yes it was....I did not launch really hard....just kinda pulled out and slowly got into the boost before I went WOT.....then stayed WOT til I let off. I know the vid looks like I'm still going slow but they always do from inside the car when facing forward. Did you think it would be louder or why do you ask?

sorry. Im just catless and mine is loud as hell so Im used to hearing nothing but exhaust in the cab. In the vid it sounds good, but its not as loud as Im used to so it kind of threw me off.

This Hahn system is flawless! I like that my exhaust does not drown out idle conversation in the car or my radio...etc. When i get into it though it means business. I was terrified it would sound ricer but it's far from it. It has a growl to it.
