I found this fantastic PDF on another forum that talks about tuning.
It tells you what each of these tuning words mean: AFR, STFT's, LTFT's, OPEN LOOP, CLOSE LOOP, Fuel Cut OFF, Wideband 0_2 sensor,etc...

Anyone interested in what they should be looking for when monitoring or tuning there car should read this. It's based for a Truck, but I figured it still works in our case.

This was also good. I remember back in the day when this issue of the mag came out. However, I think it's geared more towards the old style of tuning, lol. not sure though, can't read it at work.
