issue with treadstone lower charge pipe.

I recently installed my zzp intercooler and treadstone lower charge pipe with MAF relocation on my 2008 Cobalt when I installed it i realized that the pipe was shifted towards the driver side about 1/2" to 3/4". Has anyone else had this issue or is my fitment of the intercooler needing to be shifted toward the passenger side?

Yup, Toms right. It's a pain but it'll go.

All lower charge pipes are built the same, really only one way to make them, but it is tricky to get it in there and lined up.

Lower charge pipe takes about 5 minutes. It's the intercooler that's the tricky one.

Spend some time lining up and some hair spray on couplers. Have the treadstone upper and lower and tr12 everything works great

It's usually the couplers fault.... I have the treadstone lower and my couplers were blowing off at 28+ lbs so I just changed couplers. Fitment was cake

have fun with it mine blew off every 2 days i tryed replacing the coupler the clamps and eventually had to cut my inner fender wall and have it on a bad angle and then get a long coupler from my intercooler to it with a bad bend

if your using a stock intercooler or a stock replacement intercooler, it may not line up perfect. We made it to be used with our Beta kit, or the Full intercooler kit. This might be the problem

What if someone made a 2 piece lower charge pipe? That would allow more flex between the couplers and make it easier to install.
