Issues during acceleration...

Hey I am new to this forum and I have some questions regarding to modding. I am gonna try to make this subject short... I bought a 2009 cobalt ss and it has GMS1 tune sensors on it. I went ahead and installed an AEM CAI. Right when I did this I noticed a sound when I let off the gas, something more like a BOV. I realized it may be my wastegate exhausting more air due to the CAI. Is this harmful to my turbo, etc? One more question, when I am on WOT I can feel my car stuttering at higher rpms, like it is hitting a wall and wont accelerate for a moment of time. I am getting my Trifecta tune dialed in and asking them questions about the issue. The thing is that they don't respond right away and I am quite worried about what's going on. So I come here to ask you guys if you had similar issues like this? I believe it is my ecu cutting off the extra air it senses by shutting off the intake, hence why it feels the way it does. Or/and the injectors close when the ecu reads unusual fuel trim.

need retune from intake

open air intake allows more sound to pass through, the oem airbox blocks most of the sound.

the bov sound u here is the bpv, its loud with an aftermarket intake. its normal, there is no wastegate issue there. im sure ur wot problem is not ur intake shutting off. lol whatever u mean by that. its probably the tune. trifecta tunes have some issues. if its Stephen tuning u then id recommend u ask for vince.

its not that trifecta tunes have issues, its that he changed the intake, it will mess up any tune including stock.

It started happening before the tune, only after the cai install.

check your plugs, could be spark blowout,

still think the intake is causing problems if the tune hasent been updated.

I did install NGK plugs along with my cai, that's definitely a possibility...
