just got back from the track....

Noticed that while i was at the track for the past 4 hours the car missfired every freakin time all of second and half of third... but yet on the way to and back from the strip it is perfect even from a dead stop. Has anyone had this problem? just curious... mods are intake, catless dp, tune, and 1 step colder plugs.. thanks guys

X2 on the plugs. Try the stock type of plug.

What kind of tune do you have? I would say datalog it and if it happens again your tuner could probably help you out with an answer. If you have the software to datalog it that is.

well checked them out today and cylinder 4 seemed like it wasnt firing correctly and datalog showed cylinder 4 missfire as well. so got some new iridium 9 1 step colder plopped them in and so far all day its seemed to run much better. so im thinking that was it it now pulls harder and is smoother. the plugs are all gapped at .33 so that should be fine. and as far as weather change i was considering that for a while. im guessing just a dud plug. it always seems like my luck with the ngk iridiums is either a hit or miss. they will all either be good or there may be one plug bad. change it with a new one and your back to normal
