my old car that made over 400whp onboth setups and saw dd duty and track days every weekend on saturday and sunday. itnever gernaded itself on a bone stock lnf. semi truck did it in.

my new car makes no where near that but again in a stock lnf with a tune. i beat the living crap out of it and i guarentee i run my car leaner then just about anyone on here too. i spike my turbo to 26psi and fall back to 24psi. i track this car regularly and dd it.

no car is going to stay at wot for 20 minutes straight on the autobahn forged internals or not. even world challenge leman and other cars arent at wot for that long. as long as the engine gets a break here and there it will be perfectly fine. 340whp isnt even stessing these engines at all. people said 400whp couldnt be done reliably and i along with a bunch of others proved that wrong and i could do it time and time again. all my cars have had stock bottom and stock top ends. i added valve springs on my efr setup but i would also revit to 7k but it still made 416whp on 93 at 6700.

forged rods and stock pistons arent the way to go. same thing with forged pistons and stock rods... .you do both or dont bother imho. also with the lhu ldk you cant just drop in a set of pistons unless the rings and piston size is 110% perfect for every single cylinder.

Thank You ! Seems my LDK can reach 340WHP on stock internals and 93 fuel easily..
