LNF Adjustable Launch Control by Trifecta
the update for ez flash to adjust launch control is available on our website now. Just redownload ez flash in accordance with the original instructions you received for downloading ez flash, and the option is now available. The instructions for ez flash have been updated also describing how to use this feature. Thank you to everybody who helped test it and provided feedback.
ok so on the new EZ flash, do I just go to Program, Adjust Tune Setting, 2.0 LNG, set it to my desired setting and then hit Force Full flash? I don't want to overwrite my existing tune.. so how do I modify it?
no force flash required, here you go...

after selecting your %age, then you select your current tune file
but i dont think this software is out yet for everyone, should still be testing only...

This is what mine sounds like. set to 60%

1. Use EZ Flash to write the tf layer to the ECM, with a selection of something other than 100%
2. Use HP to write your HP tune over the top
3. Use HP to adjust the launch control RPM by tweaking the Rev Limiter Short Incr table for Park/Neutral
If you want it adjusted and you don't have HP, you'll have to contact the person who did your tune to get it adjusted.
I bumped it up to 65% today and it launches much better...
60%(3000rpm) was great in the 75 degree weather, but when the temps went down to the high 50s last night, it was bogging... I set it at 65%(3200) today and I like it a lot more...
my friend and I broke out the old G-Tech Pro today which I know is not accurate however it is pretty good at comparing your own vehicle and if you've made improvements or not... before my best 0-60 was 5.1, though I averaged 5.3 or so... today, 1st pull I hit 4.7
so its definitely faster out the hole and i've always been a manual launch person... but I honestly think this is faster than I have ever launched it manually and i've turned a 2.0 second 60 ft. on street tires launching manually at the track

So do you know why the tach is so far off when this feature is used?
>>Is this something you might be able to fix??
This is very cool btw.
We designed it so we only lie when competition mode is selected and the vehicle isn't moving, so it's only when you're launching that the RPM displayed is incorrect. Once you start moving, it goes back to normal.
If you have a dashawk or interceptor, or some other OBD2 datalogger, it will display the proper RPM always.
To make this work we basically have to lie about the engine speed to the rest of the modules in the vehicle. It's the only way to adjust the factory launch control by reflashing the ECM. The instrument panel listens to the same message we have to modify so it displays inaccurate tachometer reading.

Considering what you know about the LSJ-GMS3, how feasible do you think it might be to set the launch control via the pedal?
It's definitely possible, and it's definitely on our list of things to do.
