LNF Intake Manifold Help

Hi Gents,
Please excuse the simple question, but I need some help confirming the various holes in the intake manifold.

1) Brake booster
2) EVAP purge solenoid
3) MAP sensor
4) Turbo recirculation vavle or vacuum tank
5) PCV

5 is the pcv valve and 4 is the diverter valve vacuum source.

1 is brake booster, 2 is evap, 3 is map

5 is the pcv and depending on if you have a solstice/sky or cobalt ss number 4 will be different. number 4 goes to the vaccum storage tank on the cobalts. if you do not have it goes to the boost control solenoid
