Thanks for taking the time to send us an email. We currently don't offer an intercooler for the cobalt, but that doesn't mean we can't build one. We would like to find a local car who wants free install and a decent discount for us to mock up an intercooler. We can build ac ustom intercooler, but we would need overall dims, core dims, inlet and outlet location and size, brackets, etc.

If there using his car shouldn't he get the intercooler for free. I mean they got to test the intercooler so there going to have to drive car and probably have to stomp on the gas too make sure the intercooler holds up I mean I think he should get it for free

 

I got mine at cost for being a test car. No labor charges

 

What we really need is a Hahn quality/size/pressure drop intercooler for a crazy steve intercooler price lol.
