Which brand of lower ic piping would you guys recommend? I see dejons cost around 150 with the coupler upgrade and then zzp's lower ic piping cost around 220...If i buy zzps do i need to buy the maf pad/block off/extension

I've been thinking of doing the lower IC pipe for a while now. Can anyone confirm if you have to remove the bumper to acess the pipe or not?

I have the CIA charge pipes and all I had to do was jack up the passenger side of the car to get the cold pipe to go in properly

I have zzp's lower and let me tell you it isn't easy to put on but I'm sure you will be fine

Just a lot of moving around the pipe and making it fit right but besides that its not rocket science

Theres not a lot of room down there

With the bumper off, it would be a lot easier

So to answer your question NO you dont have to remove the BUMPER!

I've got the Dejon. It installed in like 10 minutes without even jacking the car up. What Kyle (supercharged guy) isn't telling you, is that it took 3 of us over 2 hours to install the ZZP lower pipe even with jacks.

Also, there's no need for the upgraded couplers or even t-clamps if everything is installed correctly.

I've been running base couplers and worm clamps on 25psi for over a year, never had a blow off.
