Lets say, i was in such a rush to purchase the car that i didnt have that option on mine...

what means would i have to go through to get one? is it a simple i buy part and install on car? or is it something that is integrated into the transmission?

don't they come standard on the new ss's?...although i believe heated seats also came standard in the 07 ss/sc's and i don't have heated seats

 

i beleive its just an option

it is an option. if you go into your dealer ask them if your car has it. if not ask them if there is a way for you to purchase it from them and have them install it

 

you could probably buy one of CED or GM parts direct if all else fails i think. maybe not.
