MAF code and boost leak problems

alright , i’ve thrown in the towel after battling this problem for so long. my cobalt ss tc has a maf code. after driving, i see that it only makes around 14 pounds of boost and drops off in the top end. the other problem is that i bought this car and it has a different charge pipe and hks bov. the guy before me never block off the factory bov so it’s both of them on there right now. i think the leak may be from the atmospheric bov but i’m not sure. do i
A. buy a factory charge pipe and only pay 170
B. buy a zzp charge pipe and pay 250
C. buy a block off plate
these are what i think that i could do, but please give me any opinions, i really need help

Do a proper boost leak test first.

we need more info here.

where is the maf located? in the intake or in the lower charge pipe.
if its in the lower cp, is the ecu tuned for the relocation of the maf?
stock turbo or no?
who tuned the car.

we cant give you info on how to fix this issue if we have no clue what the setup is.
