Hi Matt. I would say less than 1 gal left in the tank b/c it was dinging me LOW FUEL for 2 days. It was practically stumbling if I took a turn too spiritedly. When I put the 2 gals of E47 in, the gas tank level marker went to a hair slightly above the first white mark which according to my calcs is approximately 1.8ish gals.

Unfortunately, I don't have one of those nifty Ethanol tester thingies. I need to get one b/c the variance in Ethanol content between the 2 or 3 gas stations I have to use is really messing with my trims at times.

I'm not calling this fixed yet until I'm dialed back in with zero or very very minimal rail pressure drop. I will report back or some of you may hear me complain at CED tomorrow through Saturday.

This is the one that I use personally.

Quick Fuel 36-E85 Quick Fuel E85 Carburetors

Same concept as the one 40rty posted though. Simple to use, super cheap, and just takes the guess work out of making accurate blends.

What's the scale on that one? The link I posted, it only goes to 85. I'd like one that is scaled to 90-95%. Can't make it out in the picture do I see 90%?

The labeled range is 70-100% (70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100) on this one. I made mine so it measures down to 50% though so I can get as close to 47% mark as possible

Not sure if this would narrow anything down but, have you tried accelerating thru the rpm range slowly (no or little boost) and see if you have any stumbling issues or fuel pressure drop? different fuel needs when there is no boost. just a thought

Awesome! Great find! I'll order that one then since the one I posted only goes to 85%. Thanks

Yes, that is similar to what I have been using. Ours has been pretty accurate when we measure right out of 55 gallon drums.

That's the kind that we have.

Not sure this is related. A weird thing happened to me. I was just cruising at 60km/hr and my fuel pressure dropped out of nowhere, i wasn't on it or anything. It caused the car to go lean, my aeroforces all lit up warning me. I turned the car off, stopped it. Started it again. Worked like a champ. On my way.

What tune do you have? Do you have software where you can see what the car is doing whille WOT? Or normal driving?

Force inducted or N/A? One of the best sounding motors of all time. Good luck for tuning though. Hope you paid for maestro as that's the only
elf tuning solution kfor stock ecu and even then its not that good. What I would do is get a AEM or standalone and tune it that way. Its what I plan on doing for my GLi.

8:5.1 .. You know what's happening. Tuning wise it's gonna depend on my plans on what setup. Cuz no matter what I will be tuning it. I can get the ECM chipped and then use the stock ECM as a piggy back type system. Sorta like a hptuners setup...

I'm still pondering, it's my wife's car

As promised, a little update. Car still feels great and fuel pressure is holding strong. I shot a quick little video of a few pulls on 26psi. I think I'm gonna have James increase it back up to 27psi and speed up the ramp a little to see how she takes it...

I did shoot some video of the old log showing the huge fuel pressure drop but the video is super blurry so I will have to figure out another way and upload it here later on.
