Major problems, can I still use my warranty?

Alright so I have had one thing after another go wrong with my car ever since I got my new clutch installed. First the CV Axels were bad and I could barely drive the car without it thumping and wobbling around. Got the CV axles fixed but there was still a little wobble and shake to the front end. I finally replaced my control arm bushings with Powell bushings and that fixed the problem a little bit but there is still a slight wobble and now there is a new problem that just started happening (after I installed the new control arm bushings), when I shift from 2nd gear to 3rd gear there is a pretty violent bump in the car, it feels like I am driving over a sharp bump in the road and its not the road because I can replicate it every time when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. This does not happen when shifting to any other gear, including 3rd to 2nd. Also, we found out when installing my control arm bushings that my rear main seal is probably bad and is leaking oil (best guess).

Anyways, I am giving up at this point and I want to take this POS car back to the dealer to see if I cant get this problem fixed and to see if they wont warranty it since I still have my power train warranty. However, I am HPtuned at the moment with a catless downpipe, K&N CAI, and ZZP Intercooler with hot and cold side pipes. I read around the forums somewhere that you could buy a stock ECU or something to swap out before you take your car back to the dealership for warranty work. I still have all my stock boltons, do I need to put all my stock stuff back on or can I just put the stock downpipe and CAI back on and swap out the ECU and be good to go?

Also, where can I buy a stock ECU, and do they really work?

None of your problems are really performance related, they should cover it. And are you getting horrible torque steer? Might b a steering rack issue.

For the drivetrain lash, check your mounts, and retorque the bolts. As well top off your tranny fluid, might b low.

Return your car to stock and take it into the dealership.
