No misfire problems as of yet, but after a lot of checking wires and other stuff it had come down the sensor can be the only thing left that could cause the problem. Also I keyed it down to the one on the intake manifold as the boost level the computer can see is not reading and the MAP KPA is reading 0. I'm working on getting a new one as I hate to have my car not having everything running right. And at this point with everything I have done I don't want to have to deal with the dealership.

Yeah i understand, i did the same thing there was 5 volts at the signal perfect ground and you put the 5 volt to the signal wire and it will read max KPA which means a bad sensor, just get a new one coming, it is just odd that both of you had this issue at the same time, but like i said it is a problem i have seen before

So i'm trying to get a MAP ordered and found out that they are on "national backorder with GM". I got a connection that is looking to see if he can get one for me, but if not is their some other maker or any idea's on what I can do.

See if a stage 1 (2?) HHR will give me their old MAP sensor? Any one know if it's the same part number (12592016)? Sorry just typeing out loud here.

Every part from GM is on back order cause the ******* aren't paying their damn bills this is getting ******* old quick, it sucks because there are cars we have been waiting for parts on for 2 months makes GM look great, maybe they should stop paying benefits to the UAW and make parts UAW doesn't make them money the customers do

My friend with a red line sky just had his go out on him tonight too. I'm starting to think this is why GM changes this part in the stage kit.

Well similar problem with my Piping deal now. Installed the Hahn Piping, Hahn IC and put the upgraded BPV Spring in. At first start up it just stayed idling at 1500-2k rpm, basically got to op temp them I shut it off. Fired again, Idle stuttered a bit but settled. But then at the same time I threw a P0238 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage, and a P0098 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit High. Cleared them with the Dashawk. Drove the car and only 5.5psi boost and some good lag. Got home, shut it off, refired and the codes came back. Right now no aftermarket tune is on the car. What does everyone think?

forget that. You can get a tune for 1/4 of the price and they can all take away those codes as well. Feel free to spend $1000 if you want on a tune you can get for $250

dude you have the most random posts in this thread. a hahn PPC tuner is not going to majically fix all his issues. there is obviously something wrong with his MAP sensor

Yeah, I haven't thrown any MAP codes yet, unless it's part of that IAT2. Also, I haven't switched to an external BOV. Just put the upgraded Spring for the stocker from Dejon. I don't think I have any boost leaks either. I think I might put the stock spring back in and see what happens.

As for that $250 tune, that the trifecta deal?

So that 1 little sensor must be fragile on those pipes. New technology blows. Of course, I bet it's back ordered. Doesn't matter, still cold as hell here and the help I had (my brother) just left. We used the shop I work at to do it. So for now she'll just sit till it gets warmer.

Ok i think you guys are getting confused the MAP sensor is not on the boost tubing it is on the Intake manifold.

Ok, then the one on the tubing is the IAT2. It is one of my CEL's. The MAP seems to be working, I can see the different kPa on my Dashhawk. My other code, P0238 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage, wonder if that is an issue with the upgraded spring and no tune. Always something, I don't want to have to take all this stuff off again.

My MAP sensor just went out too. Anyone have a link where I can find one or a part number for it?

Well, I don't have a MAP problem, no P0107. Just P098 IAT2 Circut high voltage, and P0238 Turbocharger Boost Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage. Anyone know where that Sensor might be located?

Yes that sensor is in the piping after the intercooler to the intake manifold

So is it integrated with IAT2? If so, would make sense that both codes come up at once. Probably also why I can only go 5psi on boost.
