Max power can LNF handle

What would be the max power the LNF handle on stock internals? I am about to buy a 511hp LNF stock internals and seller says the car runs great since 2016. S256 27psi on 91 octane as I live in Québec, Canada. Rotated trans mount, catch can and charge pipes + intercooler.
Is it luck of LNF can really handle 500hp stock? If yes, I guess that going for more power I should build the engin with pistons/rods.

Thanks guys!

Usually 500 whp is the limit but its honestly a ticking time bomb at that level. It all comes down to the tune as well

It’s 511hp
around 435whp the seller said. I know 500whp would be a ticking bomb.

Engine will work fine at that level I think, long as tune and supporting mods are in place. Trans becomes the first thing to go once you crest 400whp. People on here have blown up 3rd gear. Boost ramping might help prevent that if that’s built in.

You should be fine at that power level, but like everything good maintenance makes the biggest difference

Cool. Thanks for your help! I'll stay like that for now and he trans blow up I'll get a new one from B3Design which hold over 500whp.

Did they have it on an engine dyno? Who the hell rates an engine at crank horsepower? Sounds like hes just trying to make the numbers seem higher. 435whp is totally fine.

This is a question with many variables. It really matters how the car is driven. Some high HP Cobalts only do a roll race or two each week, others are driven much harder on a daily basis. If you auto-x or road race, that's yet a whole other animal.
I have spun bearings in an (at that time) stock LNF at a mere 360whp but this happened while lapping at a road track...

Yes it was dyno'ed. Tuner was Chris Zelinsky from Canada if you know who he is. Best reputed tuner for Ecotec here. The tune is well done for sure. He tuned mine too but the one I'm gonna buy was dyno'ed for real!

So the crank hp number is just a calculation then. Not sure why you would do that instead of just using the measured value.

Well.. car has 434whp for real and I was just wondering if anything would be fine at this level. Never drived a car over 320whp other than my Turbocharged right now. Can't wait to drive this little monster ahah.

Should be fine, plenty of people making that on the stock engine with a street car, as colodude said.

At that power level traction is going to be your biggest challenge.
