Unhappy Messed up gauges?

About 20 sec after I turned the car off yesterday the gauges were lower than what they should be. Is something messing up? They were also slightly moving up and down from 0 to under 0 every sec for like 5 seconds. Did I turn something on or off? Is something broken?

I don't think the boost gauge was moving but the RPM and Spedo was.

Can't if the turbo's bypass valve keeps on opening and closing while it's floored :l Probably a heat issue. Anyways, there's only 2 that I know of. One in tolleson next to a school (25MPH area) and one in estrella near a school. But yeah.
