Make sure its progressive and you have a fail safe.

I like the boost reference set up vs. wiring into the MAP or MAF sensor.

If you contact Devils own, they will talk you through the different kits.

I'm sure other vendors do the same.

The AEM and Devil's Own are nice cheap kits. I really like my AIS kit with the 2.5 gallon tank tho. It has a super stealth pump mount under the tank and VERY simple hookup.

aem has a 5 gal tank too....just don't know where to mount that bish in my hhr without totally screwing cargo space....wonder if it would fit in the spare tire well. either way my tank is getting mounted in the back...no room under our hoods.

anything in particular that makes the ais kit stand out?

I feel that they are all fairly comparable in price...ranging from around 350-450. I just want to get whatever is best here....i don't want my car to go boom again....especially since this would be my fault

I just got the Devils Own progerssive stage 2 kit and the 2.5 gallon sump tank. I have it installed but i'm not tuned yet. Hookup was super easy and I like that I just tap into a vacum line, no cutting into anything. I got the kit and the tank shipped for less than what the kit shipped would cost so it was an easy choice....pm and i'll give you the dudes number.

Didn't put the front bracket on yet, screw would go through the spare tire so I gotta figure something out still.

I don't recommend a Stage 1 kit for a daily driver car with stock turbo. Just my personal preference. I run the Stg1 on my drag car but only because I either drive easy and normal or racing. So I set it to come on at 20psi and tuned accordingly.

My kit is only a stage 1 - On or Off... I was going to set it to come on at 15 psi, seeing as that I never hit that unless I'm racing or flooring it on the highway. My car is a DD... I've been on the fence of selling this kit and buying a new progressive kit or maybe just the progressive controller.

I wouldn't want to run any meth unless I was getting on it though.

With a turbo progressive controller is beneficial, blower is either on or off so hobbs switch is fine. and i say ais because all of their kits components are top notch and customer service is second to none

I run the progressive AEM kit from Modern Performance. I love it. Progressive is the way to go on a daily car. I have mine set to start the spray at 10psi, then full by about 17-18. This allows full spray at WOT 24psi then if the boost tapers below 18 it starts to slow the flow of meth. What sucks about our cars is that we have no lag time so the kit is pretty on of off when it comes to progressivly enabling it. only time it does work progressive is when i roll into the throttle

the quality of the parts and ais' new pumps can handle 100% meth where the competition says they can but wont. their check valves are made better which is one of the most important failsafes of the system, and their tanks are alot better looking then some of their competitors in my eyes

Theres only a handful of meth kits I would ever run 100% Meth injection with and they aren't cheap.

If you decide to run 100% Meth and your fail safe doesn't work, BOOM!

My suggestion to you people wanting to run Meth injections is to call different vendors, get info and do your research.

Don't depend on joe blows word because hes ran x kit and has had luck with it.

If you want high quality, Aquamist is a great product.

With Methanol Injection kits, you pretty much get what you pay for.
