k so long story short got my motor and tranny built and back togther... i got the staged cams with the fuel lobe... new springs etc etc i didnt replace the rocker/lifter/follower whatever u wanna call them and the lasher (only things i didnt replace) and i have a mild ticking noise that comes and goes.... maybe i gotta replace the rocker lifters? i have thin break in oil for the motor any clue to the ticking?

top end noise.... compression everything came up perfect... apparently nothing is wrong they think a lifter bled out which makes sense no noise now.. and the bigger cam lobe seems to click lil louder then then stock (go figure)

 

Let's tune duck fuc* for break in.

 

If you're running anything other than synthetic 5W-30, it may affect the lifters.

 

well i have break in oil and just changed the oil again today 5-30 only thing i use...im leaning towards injectors ticking ... i removed all the foam insulators from the motor like by the fuel rails intake area dunno if that has anything to do with it
