What are everyones opinons on upgrading mounts?

I was looking at this

Most likey in the Stage 2 Setup?

Would like to get rid of as much wheel hop as possible but not make crazy vibes either

Anyone else make mounts for us?

 

Car will be tracked about 5-8 Times a year

 

Yeah I'm looking at getting a set of these by the end of summer.

 

I got stage 1, and I'll be doing autox/road course/street stuff. stage 2 if you want 350whp+ and/or drag racing.

stage 2 powell mounts are the only way to go.

 

OTTP stage 2, they do a good job.

 

How is the install on our mounts?

Pretty straight forward?

Big difference for wheel hop?

 

can you use these mounts with injen piping? i figure if it rotates the engine the pipe mount on the motore may not line up

 

Anyone here have the TTR upper engine mount and trans mount?

 

you should be able to use it. i test fitted my clear images when i had them and had no issues. i never used them because i started r&d for another company
i use to have the stop mounts. never used them. theres a test showing the stop mounts vs the rotated mounts and the rotated mounts come out on top. also the rotated mounts align the axles and use a rubber bushing where as the stop mounts use a poly bushing and do not rotate the engine.

i had the upper mount to. again never used it. the rotated mounts get the job of the stop mounts and the upper mount done without all the unwanted vibes
