If you would install it yourself, you could spend the money you save on the intercooler and clutch! Where in Illinois are you?

They are going to do the install. I'm more comfortable with that. Plus they are installing the valve springs also.

well everyone....ITS INSTALLED AND DONE!!!! the guys at ZZP were awesome. the shop was also pretty awesome as well. the guys were all straight forward and honest with me from the beginning. they answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. a huge thanks to ZZP for the great products and a great experience. now im sure people want to know numbers soooo here they are:
low boost setting put down roughly 340-350 at the wheels. (19psi)
high boost setting put down 411whp corrected and 370ish wtq. (25psi)
not bad for the zzp canned tune

overall i am very pleased with the car. ill post dyno slips soon and a couple dyno vids

411whp and 374wtq (corrected numbers) 25psi on ZZP's "canned" tune. Matt touched it up a bit to make things run smoothly

Sick is hell. Did you actually end up putting an exhaust on it?
I plan on doing this same set up but with a cat back and the s252et

and how much was it to install all of the parts? Including the valve springs?

yeah the s256et spools around the 3000-3500 mark. the tune is somewhat conservative but even when im around 22psi which is around 370 whp the thing is an animal lol. hasnt been up to 25psi on the street yet which is where i put down the 411whp. dont plan on going there for a while. gotta break in the clutch more. and yea i got a cutom catback. nothing special but flowmaster exhaust. sounds deep and nice tho.

Congrats...
You make a little more with less boost than I did. Catless dp and external dump is the difference. To get the best traction, I find leaving in low boost then hit high boost once you are up and going. This was on a roll in third.. You will need to get some slicks to do it from a dig.. have fun..

How come you didn't get the s252et?? It would produce the same numbers.. Shouldn't the s256et be pushing in the 450^....

Main reason I went with the 256 is cuz ill want more power in the future. The 252 would work perfectly if all I wanted was 400ish but I'll be at around 500 in a couple years. Plus I didn't want to push the 252 to 500hp when the 256 can do that without sweating. The tune is conservative and it's the "canned" tune that they usually send out. There's definitely more power to be had but I'm keeping things conservative for now.

Did you setup use a manual boost controller or just an ecu tune?

And i thought the wastegate was dumped in your exhaust, doesn't sound like it lol

Thanks.

Yea I have a manual boost controller. And yea lol. I decided to switch to open dump instead of it recirculating through my exhaust. I'm addicted to how the open dump sounds. Its so mean sounding lol
