That is the problem with this forum to many people chiming in with information they have heard. I just have one question with the ZZP cams are you getting the upgraded fuel lobe for the HFP?

^^^^^thats with every forum not just this one. That's why I tell people always console a shop about their products and not the internet.

Stock Rods are Forged its the pistons you need to worry about. Anything getting over 400whp will be pushing.

Also, I've never heard any results about the MRZ pulley.

Other than that, looks real good!
You should be fine with stock pistons/rods with the ZFR.
There are more than just one 5th injector kits. DO YOUR RESEARCH

You sure about that? I think most of you should check your pulley's closely. During my build while putting the stock pulley back on I see a crack going through the center of the pulley. Make sure to inspect it.

yeah i am sure about that. ive built enough ecotecs to be sure about it...... sure you can run atis setup. not saying thats not the better route but every build we have done at the shop has had a stock pulley both on the cobalts/hhr and the kappas. NEVER had a problem with one unless it was bent from being removed at the dealership where guysd have had their cars inspected for warrenty work. other then that we have NEVER had an issue. cant even say ive seen a cracked one come through the shop. does that mean i dont inspect them? no because inspect everything closely but ive yet to see one. maybe i will one day.

even my cobalt used a stock dampner..... it saw 30k miles of raw abuse, probablly 75+ dyno passes at 25+psi, 442whp, 450 ft lbs was made when it was said and done. leaked the old motor yesterday for lolz and it was damn near perfect across all 4.
