Is my pcm reflashed?

Hey guys, I am new to Cobalts and just bought mine this past week, its a 2010 2 door. I have a fully bolted/tuned MS3 and was pretty impressed with the power of this cobalt. I have been watching the factory boost gauge and air/fuel ratios to see what they are doing under full boost and my boost went up into the low 20's today during a wot 2nd gear pull...I guess my question is, I thought that these only went up to 15psi stock, so is my pcm reflashed? Is there anyway to tell? I didn't see any other modifications on the car and its actually pretty quiet compared to the obnoxious MS3 so I thought it was all stock...

Stock can boost all the way to 20 if needed
Although in the worst conditions 103 with 90% humidity most ive seen is 17

If it consistently goes to 20 or above its Probably gms1 tune. You can look for the stage one 3 bar map sensors in the lower charge pipe and intake manifold or contact gm if you are unsure.

That must be it because it was a cooler day up here, the other times I have glanced the boost gauge it has topped around 15..

Check your MAP sensors and see if they have a blue and silver sticker on them.
