Wink my trifecta tune vs area47 hp tune

ive had both trifecta 24psi tune and i recently got tuned by area47 on 22 psi.

the car feels about the same speed wise, however the tune by area47 feels a tad bit quicker (not much) and its smoother if it makes sence. the car drives better on the hptune compared to the trifecta tune. anyway, heres some vids.

trifecta 24psi tune
YouTube - trifecta tuned cobalt 60-100

hptuners 22 psi tune by area47
YouTube - custom hp tunes 22psi tune 60-100 cobalt ss

they are very close. however, keep in mind that with the 60-100 pull on the hptune, ive been driving around ALL day, (notice my gas guage) so im sure its even quicker when the car is more "fresh" lol.

I say win win....smoother, less psi = less strain, and pulls just the same...can't argue with that

exactly. one thing that bothered me with the trifecta is that there was more of a hesitation before it pulled. like the turbo would spool up, then youd pull. with the hptune it pulls more linear.

one feels slightly quicker, but for the most part theyre the same. lol. hard to explain, it might be because one has a better powerband than the other. the area47 tune feels the best.

You cant get a exact time on your 60-100 but it does look like you dropped about a half to one full second on your 60-100 time. Looks to me about a low 6 sec on the trifecta and a mid 5 sec on the hp tune. Not bad though.

I would see about getting a TF+Area HP tune if I were you. The way the TF tune pulled looked like it wasn't logged and tweaked very well. My sedan has only the AB mod, and on the 24PSI TF tune my 60-100 is at 5.1 Sec, (also ran a 13.2@106.6 on 91 OCT) my tune, and my BYT tune is close to it with slightly less boost. (3000+ ft elevation here too)

Looks quicker up top with the Hptune, otherwise pretty close.

Is this tune only?
