Turbo is in with all the lines connected. Turbo bracket and heatshield are also in along with the rear transmission mount and the short ram. Tomorrow the downpipe and upp charge pipe will go on and will put coolant and oil in it an we should be good to go!

Car is running but have lots of question... Everything is on very tight and correctly... Had really bad flutter problems and was spiking 30+ psi... Stupid!!! Switched the two turbo hoses on the stock boost controller and car sounds and is running much better.. One problem... Only pushing 8psi not but it is consistent and clean... Wastegate rod settings looks just like the old turbo but not quite sure if it is exact... Is it the rod that needs to be adjusted??

No it is fixed Hiro.. Like i hit it once and sounded like the fuel cut of a supra... It wasnt actually 30 cause i know what it would feel like coming from 27psi.. I have a video of it I can upload tomorrow.. I switched the hoses around and the car runs great but only 8psi... Why!! -___-

8 psi and its consistant? maybe the wastegate accutator rod does need to get tightened. Its possible its not fully closing when you give it gas. Or you messed up the lines again.

Let me get this straight: you said you swapped the two turbo lines on the boost controller. Why did you swap them? Was there no boost solenoid already hooked up to the turbo you bought and you're just using your old one?

Also, do you have the lines correct at the solenoid for the BPV, on top of the intake manifold? Go back and look at the previous pic I posted for lines routing out of that solenoid. If they are correct, is the tube that provides boost to the BPV hooked correctly to the barb on the coldside pipe, next to the TMAP sensor?

Hey Cobe. Maybe you could take a well lit video of what you've changed/done and go over each part.
