NEED HELP GOT A CEL p0107
has anyone had this before? the dealer replaced the map sensor about a week or 2 ago for the same code. it went away and now its back again....
any help would be fantastic
Loose connector? I was getting a P106 after I upped the boost beyond sensor range until I disabled the code. You might have blown it again.
Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor
Electrical > 80 rpm 1.0 sec
P0107 circuit continuity - ground MAP sensor output voltage < 0.1855 V continuous 4 sec two driving cycles each with: 4 sec continuous or 50 sec cumulative

You need to find out if the sensor is still good. Clear the code and see if it returns right away. If it comes back chances are the sensor is bad again or you have a pinched/bare wire grounding out.
I knew why I was throwing a P0106 because of my over boosting.

Your harness to your MAP sensor is fucked. Tell GM to replace that..its been a known problem
i popped my map sensor (p0107) they replaced it ..now i get p106 whenever i get on it
p106 is fine..p107 your done lol

only problems im having is that dam anoying rattle under the dash on passenger side, sounds like its behind the apiller, but its not, im about ready to blow it up.
rattles are due to the fact you purchased a GM
p0106 is a map sensor out of range...usally caused under heavy load. alot of agreesive-ly tuned guys have it .you can tune it off..but i keep it on just to know when i pop it

well normal gm rattles i can handle but this one isnt normal. and i gotta take those stupid defroster covers off on the back window, those are the source of alot of rattleing
Yea, this should not be from the tune. 0106 and 0234 are overboost codes which are disabled because you have my 25+psi tune on the car.
I just got home from vaca, will be returning your call a lil later

OK little thread revival here. I got the P0107 code, does that mean the wire harness is fucked or the map sensor. Its not a big deal if the sensor is popped, just if the wire harness is screwed ima **** sideways
