new down pipe

So I got a new megan racing catless dp and the quality is outstanding and I could tell the difference in weight as well. The sound after the install was great and took me about an hour to install. I disconnected the battery while I installed the dp. Car ran fine and I drove it for about 20 miles then the engine light came on the dp has the angled O2 bung.

Is there any way to fix this besides put my stock dp bagk on or get a tune?

Car seems to run fine with light on will this hurt the car if I ignore it and continue to drive it?

its either the 02 sensor is throwing a code because of the exhaust readings or you fucked up your 02 sensor when you uninstalled/ reinstalled it. i fucked up my 02 sensors on my civic when i did some exhaust work. just reset the ecu (disconnect battery and reconnect) and see if it comes back.

make sure you let your car idle for at least 15 mins or so without touching the throttle at all.

My O2 sensor is at the 3 o'clock position

Diconnected the battery for almost an hour reconnected and drove home 20 miles away no engine light yet

That doesn't actually work with the angled o2 bung since it would move the o2 out more and cause a differant code to show up.
