Yeah, could have. But I figured I would just upgrade my injectors since I'll have everything out anyways. That way if I ever upgrade cams I have the injectors to back it up. Got a new pcv and I'm gonna clean valves when I do this job. Maybe in near future I'll get air oil separator from Powell as well.

Any time I boosted I got the machine gun/popcorn noise and I check the transmission out, axels, no noise out of boost but then I got the random loud popping in boost. I tried doing reverse and forward, I did everything to try and replicate to see if it was transmission. Went online to troubleshoot and found a vid of bad injector seals and it's the exact same noise.

Going to clean the valves tomorrow. Gonna clean up the wires as well that had the casing dry rot and break on me. Wires are all fine, no chaffing or anything.
Might buy fuel lobe cam

Yeah I wish I could but money again lol not too big of a task now that I've done it, it will be a breeze the second time.

Here's vid of start up with no tune. Had just got home from school

Drove smooth and felt normal. No black smoke that I noticed. I need to just drive around on HPT to see what it's like and to send to kevin.

Cleaned up the wiring kind of in my car. Had broken conduit and it was just ugly.

I just need to clean my engine bay and make it spotless and then it'll be time to do timing chain and fuel lobe cam.

If you are lsj you don't have to worry about it. It's the direct injection motors that do.
