does porting the up pipe really help with anything? like how much material can you remove? Do you have a measurement?

Up pipe? Porting the o2 housing has 2 benefits that both in the end come out to the same conclusion. The o2 housing is a tighter than 90° angle so you can really smooth out the flow around the inside radius. There is about 3/8in you can take off. Having the o2 housing bigger at the smallest point and with a smoother flow will gain a bit of flow but I believe it helps more with getting heat out. I had my housing ported when I originally threw my R on and I had great results with it. People that know me know that if I take a part off to get at something I usually modify it if I can to improve performance

Sorry, up pipe is subbie terminology and im using it wrong. Its the O2 housing pipe is what I mean. I always called the up pipe, the tube from the turbo to the down pipe.

At :13-:14 that noise, is it a leak of some sort or just waste gate? Idk what I'm hearing but I've been scaring my self ever since I did the R swap.

What fuel are you running, what gear are you in, and are you stomping on it at 60 or 55 and running it to 100? 7.3 is horrible for a turbo car. In guessing it turbo with boltons?

93oct, 3rd, 60, just over 100 in 3rd, Mods are in signature.

Tune wasn't finished I did it again after tune was done same conditions and did a 6.3.

@no_ss

Any fitment issues with the TRE hard piping? Seems to be a good price I want to buy some.

All the charge piping fits fine. Only problem I had is my tr10 was big and was hard to fit behind crash bar but I made it work

Well turbo seems fine. Haven't boosted in it yet but I got in contact with Matt at turbo bay and he said his car makes the same noise and it's fine so I'm not worried. No random knock, and it drives normal.

Had a leak somewhere and fixed it today. There was a slice in the hose from turbo to valve cover.
