I've wondered this for a while. This place in Suffolk named millennium autosports told me that it's not bad to run a blow off valve (connected to the hot side obviously) and still have our by pass valve unblocked. Is this true?

Yes, I currently have this because I have yet to get around to getting a block off plate. But I dont know how it could potentially ruin anything right away?
