Holding boost

hey guys, so lately ill reach max boost hold it for a sec and it drop 3lbs and then reaches max again then drops... i got the 2261 code (bpv malfunction) im running the external bov (which hasnt been a problem ) so im thinking the wastegate solenoid be a possible issue, but if anyone has any other ideas throw them out there

Delete all of the codes related to the BPV to start. Then check for air leaks.

on top of this issue, i am also having a blow by issues like crazy. in 10 minutes of off and on WOT im filling up half my catch can

any more suggestions welcome as this is getting annoying emptying this catch can all the time and having to top up oil 24/7

do a compression test while your under the hood see if something is going wrong may be time to dial the boost back and save for a new motor. **** happens hope its not that serious though.

nope, the blow by was cuz catch can was routed wrong and now fixed... cuz of the routing before cuz oil to get into the wastegate slenoid and that was the issue
