Oil leak at 2000mi?

Oil leak at 2000mi?

This is quite dis-hearting. I have already developed a pretty good oil leak on the passenger side above the pan.

Had to vent.

i remember reading on this site somewhere that this is common and there is a fix for it but it alludes me atm haven't needed it yet as mine isn't leaking (yet)

You got a warranty use it. Tell the dealer to fix it and problem solved for free.

My block was cracked on the oil filter housing on my LSJ engine.

Took 3 tries with the MIG to get it to seal, and it still bubbles from the cap on occasion.

theyre known to leak from the front crank seal and sometimes the camshaft cap by fuel pump
