OTTP charge pipes?

Hey guys i was just doing some site searching and what not and saw the Over the top now has a set of charge pipes for the TC? i had no idea they were even making a set. Has anyone used or tested them? How do they fit? I tried to search before so sorry if this is a re-post.

they are actually an old product. I've heard a few people had them, but I like my Injen ones with upgraded couplers and tbolts. Most direct route

i can see your point of most direct route but i'm just not a fan of over the motor pipes. I was gunna get a set of ZZP's pipes but then i saw these and there 100 bucks cheaper and couplers and tbolts aren't extra like zzp. I was just wondering what the reveiws were on them? thats what i really want to know, things like fitment, looks, quialty, and performance(even though most ppl say pipes are pipes.)

I like the Injen also, you can still get to all the plugs, #2 needs a swivel is all. Oil filter is still accessible.

I just put the ottp pipes and a treadstone intercooler on my buddy's balt saturday...piping has a nice glossy black finish, the couplers are VERY tight and difficult to get onto the pipes (imo, hard to get on means hard to fall/blow off???) and the tbolt clamps are decent as well (just dont use an air ratchet like i did, they will break...luckily it was only 1).

Bottom line: they look good, fit well and seem to be of good quality. I'm about to order them myself!

ah thats good to know! How was the fitment when the stock IC was still on before you swaped? yea the couplers being a tight fit onto the pipes would be a good thing to me. Less chance of a failure or boost leak.

So it was mine we did it on. We did the charge pipes and intercooler same time. But I'm assuming they work well with the stock intercooler

Good to know. My next mods will be these pipes, Mpx Intercooler(which from my understanding is a factory style), and catback. Might have to order the pipes tomorrow, lol.

i understand that, but when i swap my intercooler i'm gonna change both CP's for peace of mind that both are a good quality metal pipe that (imo) would be less likely to fail than plastic ones

CP fail? jesus are you trying to hit raccoons I agree if you are down there and bought it mind as well change it. But buying just the lower is expensive as hell. I'll be using stock for now.

that was my point as well. I know the lower pipe is a good piece, but metal is better. plus with the upper hot pipe being the crap that is, might as well just change them all out at once. I'm gald i found ottp pipes for 300 with tbolts and silcone couplers. ZZP wants almost 500 for the same things. I'm with 200 bucks in my pocket.
