I need your help, I'm buying a Cobalt ss 2008 and the guy told me he got a p0033 code, after doing some research I figured out it's an O2 Sensor, the guy sent me a pic where it says p0030 heated oxygen!! Help me before I buy this car thanks!!

Yea, never ever buy a car with codes currently on it.

meh. You can use it to get a lower price, as long as you know how to fix the problem.

P0030 is very different than P0033

So make sure which it has.

Personally I wouldn't buy it unless it had no codes and passed all computer tests.

Well guys the car is a 2008 White ss turbo carbon fiber hood and trunk, really spotless and clean runs perfect, p0030 it's the code he got he's selling me this beauty for only $8,000 so idk if it's just an O2 sensor should be easily replaced!!

Could be several things, but if everything else checks out about the car, that would be a steal at that price. But I'm a weary bastard and $8k would almost make me shy away
