I have been getting code p131 for about 2 months on and off. The first time it came up i replaced the front o2 sensor. It popped back up a few weeks later. I'm gms1 with a catted downpipe. I dont loose any power when it comes on. any body have any suggestions?

 

Code is for pre-cat 02 sensor reading low voltage (lean)
Use a scanner to monitor your o2 voltage, begin there.

 

I actually got this code and cleared it, but it came back. I ordered the O2 Sensor, but not too sure on how to install it. Can you explain how you changed it out?

 

This sounds the same as the other thread. We're thinking exhaust leak. If you didn't use the OEM O2, that could be it as well.
