Exclamation P0236 Turbocharger problem

All this week my car has had a super funny and rough idle. Seemed like all this problem started with the k and n drop in.
Yesterday at work car refuses to go into boost, hits only 3psi. I turn off my car. Try again. Works great. Today same thing. Hits 5psi
Max. Loud wooshing sound after I press in clutch after accelerating. I have GMS1 and K and N drop in.
Also ZZP downpipe catless.

Did this start happening after the gms1 install? I'd recheck those sensor connections, make sure they're soldered.

If your hearing a wooshing, sounds like you have a big boost leak or broken intercooler.

Maybe you cracked the breather tube off the air box changing the filter. Lots of unmeasured air in that case skewing the fuel trims badly.

Many have had problems with the lower sensor not seated correctly as well as wiring issues like a bad splice mentioned above.

How come most GMS1 cars have boost issues? JPizzle was having this problem and he is GMS1 and a lot of people on here have the same issue

Yep. I had this problem, and my lower TMAP sensor was I guess loose... So Terminator just told me to wiggle it, and I did, and it fixed it.

Install problems. Bad splices, leaks at the sensor.
