Hahn 3” Cat-Back Exhaust System Chevy Cobalt 2.0L SS/TC 2008-09 Stock Downpipe

Has anyone installed this part? I'm a F-16 Mechanic not a auto mechanic lmao. How hard is it?

Simple, just like any other exhuast. I would say 1-10 (10 being hardest) it is a 2 or 3. All bolting...

Installing it is not the problem....getting your old one off...now there is the problem. The stock exhaust is one piece and it is hard to get to the connection bolts. You have to remove the exhaust at the downpipe then unbolt the exhaust from the downpipe....Oh and there is also that pesky 'cut the exhaust so you can get it over the rear support' part that I know you are going to love. If you are going to do this then do it right and have a professional do it....it take about an hour. I had mine professionally installed after attempting to do it myself in the beginning. It was worth every penny though...

Btw...I have a stock dp myself...the hahn matches up with it nicely
