Do some searches and you'll find tons of threads on charge piping and intercoolers.

A lot of people had good results from the Crazy Steve Intercooler. It's the cheapest one, too. I feel like you don't even need an aftermarket intercooler until you upgrade the turbo. Our stock intercoolers are good up to 400hp.

As for charge piping, I have Dejon piping with an HKS SSQ mounted to it. Sounds great. Dejon is pretty cheap and as far as quality I've had no problems. Just make sure you get the upgraded T clamps.

I got stock intercooler cause like Shez said its good to 400hp. Andddddddd I don't think I'ma be making more than that. I also have Dejon, cause its the cheapest and I could get it powdercoated by them in a bunch of colors. I'm goin to get the BOV later but for now, I just have the hot side done...
