Well im sure you all know so much about this entire situation, im sure you all know that I was sent literally a small rock in a box which he posted the "tracking" on here and had lied to me about saying it was the stock cylinder head for a core charge which we agreed on originally. His intake manifold is half done because he threatened me with the police..etc so i instantly boxed it back up and shipped it to him unfinished. The agreement was we were both going to ship the heads to exchange them at the same time. I received his tracking first and saw the weight of the package in transit and knew it was not a cylinder head. Sorry you could not pull one over on me. If you did contact your authorities then good, because I have already spoken with mine on the case. And apparently im the scammer here? If i was sent the parts i was promised then this would all be over with. Everything is locked and documented, conversations and everything. Here are some pics for you all.

How am I suppose to trust u to send my head... I paid u to port my parts u said a week turn around time which u lied. U never returned any of my phone calls. U never ported/polished my im, I cant even use it now, so I should get my money back because u never did the services I paid u for. Now ur holding my parts which u cant legally do which I have u stating that in a text message so we will see who will win when I take u to court for theft of my head and theft of services

And the agreement we had which I have on my text is u p/p my parts, send it back I bolt the new p/p parts on then I send u back my stock head. U have been the untrusting person here and u really think im going to send u more parts after everything u have pulled!?! U are completly out of u mind.

 

What's even worse, is I and many others have proof if what's going on as we'll. so bluestreaks, it's in your best interest to refund his money and give parts back....

 

yeah, but now how long did you have his stuff after he had already paid for it, months from what its looking like, yeah you said it took him 3 weeks to get you his stuff, but still its his stuff, I"ve had people say they were gonna send me stuff to work on a few weeks later than what they siad, and you know something, I still did their work they asked for in the same time I told them it take me. And if it was taking longer to do the work, I would tell them what is going on, and work out something to keep them happy, like with bratboy, I've got a coil cover that I need to paint for him, and when he sent it to me the temp dropped, but I"m going back to wisconsin in a week, so I"m taking it with me so I can use a paint shop, and he's coming over to get more work done to his car.

also ruining his part so that he can't put his car back to running condition, thats not a good thing either. now he's out money, and parts, and a car cause you want to be a *******, honestly, I hope this all goes to court, cause your gonna be out more money than him. The courts will make you pay his money back, than pay to get his parts fixed. now if you would have just finished the job and sent them back so he could put them on his car and drive it, this would be done and over with already, but you want to be a ******* so its getting dragged out longer, I even told him already if I had the tools, he could send the parts to me, and I'd fix them, and you will be getting the bill, and its gonna be double what you charged him, but go ahead and don't pay, lol I'll be happy that you don't pay,

 

I always say that any job should be paid when the shop/guy doing it gives the part back to the customer. Don't ever pay a penny until the job is finished and the company gives you the part back

 

Well damn I was wanting to get mine done! but if he is doing this to one person then whos to say he wont d it again!.

 

man fucc his company literally hope it gets shut down for the actions he is doin to a fellow member got his car sitting up with no parts for months....smfh

 

Just get the TTR sheet metal intake manifold, it has proven gains.

 

Buy the IM from TTR, you can drive your car until you receive it, and their IM looks like it rocks

Why would he send you the only cylinder head he has left for his car if you cant even send him his other parts done correctly. You got a nice Arizona rock because you are a tool bag. You have done nothing for FF_Ace so why should he send you a head for a core? He threatened you with the police how long after you said the head would be done? And how many dodged text messages and phone calls? If FF_ACE was sent the parts as promised this would all be over, actaully.

You are done here scammer. Just do the right thing and send him his head and his money back, oh and the rock.
