Question about Pulley

I would like to know for a STOCK ENGINE Cobalt SS Supercharged what is the smallest pulley I could install. Some people said 2.8 others 3.1. I just want to change the pulley nothing else for now. Thank you very much.https://www.cobaltss.net/forums//ima...ies/cssNET.gif

anyways to the OP anbody on here is going to tell you that once you drop the pulley size that you have to upgrade injectors at a MINIMUM.. cooling mods would be needed for 2.8 and below but people run dual pass's and h/e's on 3" pulleys etc just to be safe

well if he doesn't want to change anything let him not change anything. i wouldn't drop below a 3.1-.2 w/o changing injectors or tune

2.0" is the smallest you can run. best if used with stock injectors adds another 95whp and all you have to do is use the GM tune. works great!!

Thumbs up Thank you Guys

Thank you Guys for all the post. I will install the 3.0 pulley for now. Later on I will install the injectors with a smaller pulley. Thanks.

If you put a 3" on, prepare to go boom. 3" is smaller than the s2 pulley.

You can go to a 2.79 pully or you can meachine down the snot and go to 2.50 but that is the smallest I think
