I think you might have it because I don't have any outside temp right now on my digital guage. So where would this attachment be ? I looked and couldn't find anything that was missing a plug.

It's ok, got it.
It is the air temperature sensor on the underside - back of the black headlight bracket that this blue/green plug goes to.
