Ran my Balt on a Dynojet Today
We headed out to the Bullseye Power open house today. My SS/T is set up with the following:
ZZP turbo upgrade kit with Bullseye S252et turbo
ZZP upper charge tube with 50mm BOV
ZZP Intercooler (standard, not the race IC)
ZZP lower charge tube with MAF relocation
ZZP dyno tune on ZZP/Trifecta ECM
ZZP Valvesprings
ZZP S4+ clutch
ZZP transmission
ZZP catback
104 octane
Stock cylinder head
Stock cams
Every mod on this car is available to purchase through us.
28psi fading to 25 by 6800 RPM. I dyno'd this etup earlier in the day at our shop and put down 465whp STD.
First pull on the dynojet read 497sae whp and 509 tq.(514/526 std) The graph was pretty choppy, but I did another pull.(It was two pulls for $55 at the open house.) The 2nd pull graph was much smoother and I put down 508 STD whp and 494 STD ft lbs.
Despite having a 4.45 final drive in the ZZP trans, I still averaged 33mpg on the way home crusing 80mph most of the time.

I'm planning on putting together a motor with forged rods and pistons, ported head, and prototype cams along with the S256et turbo, or possibly a 259. However, we all know that a setup like that will be completely useless on the street and not nearly as much fun as the 252 setup that I'm running now.

The ICs are being manufactured right now. We hope to have them ready in about 45 days.
We are going to build lower charge tubes without the MAF pad soon.

Wicked..... You will be getting some of my money for sure. I'm gonna buy the ic when it comes out, as well as the intake coupler and the lower cp with out maf pad.
I even plan on going for the turbo upgrade kit with the 252 within the next year or 2

The advanced tune option on our turbo swap kits uses a base file that we developed with Trifecta. It has selectable boost level, raised fuel pressure, modified fan settings, cat warm-up delete, duty cycles set up for the TiAL wastegate, and more. We put our tune on this file, and it can be adjusted by anyone with HP tuners.

1. The power doesn't fall off until a higher RPM.
2. Less chance of damaging a piston.
