Ratteling DownPipe Fix Suggestions (anyone else with this problem?)

I have a 2008 ss/tc with a muffler delete and a ADM catless down pipe, and have been having a noise coming from under my center consul, took it to chevy and they said its my exhaust rubbing and they said they fixed it, was driving home from the dealer and it started again, anyone else having this problem. every bolt on the downpipe is tight im pretty sure its because of the rubber hangers the exhaust sit on could i weld solid mounts to the frame without a problem?

back on topic. i have the CIA downpipe and first install, no problems. took it off to get warranty work done and when i put it back on it rattled so hard i thought my exhaust was going to come through the floor. i loosened up all the bolts then re-tightened them in a cross pattern and it sort of went away. i think the triangle flange is hitting the bottom of the car under the center console. i bent some of the hangers down for the most part it went away but it does rattle and hit in reverse sometimes. Kinda glad im not the only one, but pissed because it didnt do it the first time

i was gunna lop off the top part of the 3 bolt flange a bit so it wouldnt hit, i didnt pull it down a bit and it was a lot better. Also make sure ur heatshield is tucked up too.
