I wasn't referring to everyone in the thread lol

I think you'll be happy with your turbo infraredline

I was looking at zzps 700whp dyno with the s262. Full boost at 5200...precision seems like a good choice for the 6262. Such a huge increase in lag from the 59 to the 62

Yea the exhaust wheels on the 262 and the exducer size on the compressor wheel make for a pretty laggy turbo. The 259 and 6262 are comparable in spool but the 6262 should make more up top do to the inducer being 3 mm bigger.

They have a 262 that comes in a .55 but I'm not sure it would help that much. Its an expensive experiment. My batmowheel s259 didn't even work it was fucked from the factory. Zzp was completely stand up and refunded me even though bullseye tried to dick around. Back on the little 56 for awhile Lol.

I don't want to upgrade the manifold and downpipe to accept a 44mm or 46mm wastegate either too annoying Lol.

cmiller does your 2.0 gen 3 block have a plug in the balance shaft oil galley for your turbo oil feed?

I'm asking because my 2.4 gen 3 block doesn't have any plugs to pull for oil feed, and I'm wondering if I should just drill and tap exactly where the plug is on my other block, or if you knew if a good spot to pull from.

edit: Nvm, looking at your pictures I see your oil feed.

Nah no oil plugs or anything. I'm just gonna have to drill and tap but I want to know for sure where to go before I make the block a $700 paper weight lol.

And thanks man.

You would be able to get oil from a spot right next to the oil cooler, obviously will need a longer oil line.

Car thus far is running great, have the boost set at 25 psi, out of injector at this point. Doing a couple fuel system things and back at it we go. Might have to do a E50 blend with race gas/E85 to be able to turn up the boost more. Will be ordering my two r888 tires for the Chicago half mile soon.

There sweet ass tires. I may end up finishing off the nt05's and not get the r888. I still have lsj brakes on the car and am looking to switch back to brembos so I might use the money on a big brake kit.

Here is my Balt with 295/35/17 Hoosier A6s We spent a week with a dolly and hammer flairing the stock fenders until they looked stock. The A6s were over $300 each but well worth it.
