removing star screw on charge pipe

how do i remove the stock charge pipe star screw???

i have the head, however the pipe is directly over the screw with no room for movement

If you are talking about the screw next to the valve cover you do not need to remove it to remove the charge pipe it should have a clip that holds the CP on with that removed it should pop loose
