rpm and psi drop suddenly

rpm and psi drop suddenly
ok so this happesn about 1/20 times. i am sitting in fith gear and doing about 50-60mph and i floor it. the turbo spools and the rpms drop then come right back up and the psi also goes down. im not sure what this is. it only started to happen about a month ago and i have been tuned for about 2 1/2 months. Thanks in advanced

yes im hp tuned, paul in NY tuned me (06blackg85ss), and im on a secondary ECM wich i bought from GTPprix
