Running to lean at idle

Threw a CEL on a Trifecta tune, went to Advanced Auto Parts and the code sayed "running to lean at idle speed", the code didnt show up after it was cleared and I just installed the Hahn CAI the day before. What should I do?

I wonder if that hose just behind the MAF (with the odd connector on it) is leaking air past. Unmetered air = lean.

You got it right there. It is most likely a post MAF leak.

The vent hose from the valve cover that attaches to the intake nipple. It can come loose and leak sometimes.

Seems like anything other then the stock intake causes unhealthy A/F ratios....the primary reason I am keeping to the stock one.

that and well your car hauls ballz lol

but yea like others said .. it's probably a post maf leak.. boost leaks and such tend to usually case that on FI setups any unmetered air messes things up

My A/F are perfect no MAF retuning was necessary. I had to replace the stainless breather hose with a rubber one to get it to seal though. Car dies off a lot more with the stock intake on there. Even with a drop on filter the stock intake it has a couple points where it necks down to less than 2.5."

Which is why I'm curious to see what the CIA intake and the new GM Stage 1 intake is going to look like.

The Code wasn't numbered P2187 by chance, was it? Mine throws that code now and then, usually after a road trip. Doesn't throw the light though when it pops up, on mine anyway. It does however limit boost to like 6-7psi when that code is on mine. I routinely look at the codes on my Dashhawk everytime I'm in the car. Didn't notice this till the Hahn CAI, IC and Charge Pipes were put on. Car runs fine and full boost after I clear the code.

His car was boosting approximately what stock it would (15-17), but I don't know what the P code was...

Mine threw that code, there was too much air getting in through my breather...\

it would only boost 5-7 psi
