Shameless ZZP Intercooler plug

Ripped off the bumper and stock IC tonight and got the ZZP fitted & connected to the IC piping, I'll install the bumper after I clean it up a bit tomorrow.

Fit & finish of the ZZP FMIC is beautiful! Thanks for another great product ZZP!

Injen hot side CP & ZZP lower CP fit like a glove.

I had some issues getting the wheel well liner screws out after 3 midwest winters, but all screws are getting anti-seize on the reinstall. Damn salt!

I ordered it Tues night, ZZP shipped it Wed and I had it Thurs. Great guys and products.

I don't expect any issues, but I'll be doing the bumper skin install tomorrow.

I'm a flatlander, so the ground clearance isn't an issue. My lower air dam is unblemished at 54k miles.

Yes, it will connect to the stock CP's just fine.

Thanks, Broke!

In another thread I believe ZZP said it's like 1/4" lower then stock.
I don't remember how the height compares to stock. I believe that I stated that our IC sits less than 1/4" lower than the bumper skin. I have noticed the concerns about the height, but no one that actually purchased one has come back complaining of damage or clearance issues. ...and we sell a lot of these ICs.

I have had mine on a while now and I have scraped twice at stock ride hight once really bad decline to incline the other bad angle left some scrape marks but it held up just fine.

the bottom channel isnt hollow so it is tuff. oh and the bumper skin went back on no problem

Bumper skin is back on, no problems whatsoever with the fit.

I put a straightedge on my bumper lip and the IC is 3/8" lower than it on mine. I left the IC a bit lower than I could have so it wouldn't rub on the crash bar.

Very pleased with the quality, fit & finish.
