I used this 'How to' for guidance to know what to pull. Bumper skin went back on easy on mine.

I don't know if it is relative but I think my egt's went down about 50* during a third gear pull, done during the same conditions and day.
So if you can't log your IAT, how do you know what your EGT is? From the ECU? That's a bogus number.
The bumper is a flexi piece of crap. It took me an hour to get all the little darn screws and stuff back in. The IC looks good dude.
EDIT: Broke, you may not notice the IATs being lower just sitting there or cruising around but on repeated pulls a good intercooler will keep you much closer to ambient air temps... The stocker heated up for me on my 3rd pull usually. The Treadstone I have keeps it low no matter how many pulls I do.

I was logging last week and with temps in the 30's at cruise the IAT2's were still about 10-12* higher than ambient. Stock was 14-16* higher at cruise.
Glad the plastic garbage is all gone now.

What Wang is saying is that the EGT's are estimated on the LNF in the ECU. He is far from ignorant.
If you have NO external EGT gauge, the numbers you are seeing are meaningless.

Plus the EGTs aren't really affected by intake air temps a whole lot. You will see similar EGTs no matter what really... Well unless you are running your car around on ice packs in the artic circle where it is like 100 degrees below zero or some crazy shizzle like that. EGTs are kind of a way to asses how well your turbo is flowing. If you are in its efficiency range the EGTs will be normal when you start trying to build a whole lot of boost, past where a turbo is efficient, you will see EGTs spike. Thats partly what people mean when they say a turbo is a "heat pump" when you start running to much boost.
Ohh big man with his super chip cortex...that thing must have a extra bung for the down pipe and a sensor to pull that info, that is baller!
